Behavior AnalystThe Behavior Analyst provides direct person-centered behavioral services in all areas of Clinical Program including children's and adult programs and consultation services, as needed. Behavioral services include behavioral support planning, direct intervention, and skill development. The Behavior Analyst also provides staff and family training and oversight of plan implementation.Responsibilities include : » Participate in the day-to-day operations of assigned program » Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop function-located behavior support plans using evidence-located methods » Provide behavior and therapeutic services to individuals all over lifespan » Provide consultation, teaching and training opportunities to interdisciplinary team members » Review clinical materials; review significant Anderson Center and OPWDD documents and ensure compliance » Prepare customer progress report summaries for response to intervention » Involvement in all aspects of crisis management until resolution » Provide behavioral and therapeutic services to a wide variety of clientele » Communicate important behavioral information to parents/guardians and multidisciplinary team professionals » Create/utilize databases » Requires some evenings Requirements : » Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related field » Consideration will be given for candidates who are in process of obtaining Master's Degree in one of the above areas » Background and training in ABA »BCBA required » practice working with individuals who are dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental health issues preferred. » High level of organizational expertise » capability to work effectively (both autonomously and as part of a team) » Outstanding written and verbal communication expertise Benefits : » Up to 6 weeks of paid time off your 1st year (vacation, sick, holiday, etc.) » College partnerships that provide discounts » Scholarships available! » 403B with company match » Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA » And much more, see link below Anderson Center for Autism offers our Employees a generous benefits package: this job offer description in no way states or implies that the responsibilities listed are the only tasks to be performed by the person filling this job offer.
