OnTrackNY Team LeadJOB DESCRIPTION» Provides clinical and administrative supervision to all team members.» Provides clinical treatment and psychotherapy to assigned clients. » Provides oversight of program census for both utilization and fiscal metrics. » Provides outreach to the community to assist in program development, referral generation, and community education related to OnTrackNY. » Develop and sustain continuing partnerships with community agencies including NYS Office of Mental Health, Columbia University, and local county mental health officials. » Participates in all meetings and training as delineated by contract and directed by governing bodies. » Collaborates with other division staff and leaders to assist with continuity of care and division initiatives.
