The ideal Production Manager candidate will have the following expertiseet/practice: » A Business Management Degree would be a bonus, but is not necessary. » Proven organizational and time management expertise. » Proven practice improving production methods leading to reduction in costs. » Be familiar and skilled with Workflows and forecasting. » Work closely with Sales Teams » capability to create effective Job Costing Reports The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities: » Plan and organize production schedule. » capability to forecast needs. » Work internally and externally with different departments to achieve company goals. » Set productivity goals for manufacturing departments. » Job costing and profitcapability reporting capabilities. » Create workflow policies leading to a more efficient systems, reducing costs. » Approving the purchasing of required materials » Ensuring work environment adheres to health and safety protocols.
