Construction HelperConstruction HelperJob location: Kingston, NY Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (located on practice) Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Construction Helper Overview: this function supports construction projects by assisting with material deliveries, job site organization, and general repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on practice in carpentry or handyman work, be comfortable performing punch list tasks, and follow safety protocols. Strong communication expertise and relicapability are essential for success in this job offer. Construction Helper Required expertise & Qualifications required » Basic knowledge of punch list tasks, including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical fixture installation » General knowledge of building materials and construction processes » Self-motivated with strong problem-solving expertise » Effective verbal communication with clients and coworkers » capability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift/move objects over 50 lbs. » Comfortable working in various weather conditions » Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Construction Helper Responsibilities: » Assist in purchasing and delivering materials to job sites » Set up job sites, maintain organization, and clean up after project completion » Perform basic repairs, including drywall patching, painting, resetting plumbing/electrical fixtures, and trim installation » Communicate progress and updates with the management team all over the day » Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines » Perform other tasks as assigned How to Apply: Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
