Lead Clinician Qualifications required » Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; LCSW required. » 3-5 years of practice working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including behavior plan development and implementation. » skills in assessment techniques and behavior support planning. » expertise of HCBS and Part 633.16 regulations. » Certification or capability to obtain certification in SCIP-R. » Strong leadership abilities, communication, and analytical skills. » Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Therapy.
