Job Summary The manager of Environmental Services is responsible for ensuring Institute standards of cleanliness in assigned academic or residential areas, including Residence Halls, apartments, classrooms, labs, offices and service areas, with a focus on quality of services and customer satisfaction. this job offer supervises the performance of all the tasks of assigned staff including the safe operation of equipment and usage of chemicals. Minimum Qualifications » Associate's degree and three (3) years of practice in institutional cleaning services or related practice »Or » High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of practice in institutional cleaning services or related practice »PLUS » practice must include three (3) years of practice in a managery capacity. managery practice may include practice as a lead worker, project coordinator, or other similar function. managery practice may be independent of institutional cleaning practice. » Valid Driver's License significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered.
