Service lines include short term rehabilitation/sub-acute, Huntington's Disease, Memory Care and long term geriatric care. » Collaborate with leadership abilities and clinical staff on initiatives to increase engagement and retention while maintaining standard of care » Strategize and drive care delivery initiatives within organization » Facilitate learning opportunities for clinical staff through partnership with clinical educator » Foster positive relationships amongst nursing staff and ensure prosperous assimilation of new hires Type of employment: Full Time income: $181,000 to $206,000 per year Qualifications Qualifications required » Current NYS RN License » BSN from an accredited nursing program » 5+ years nursing leadership abilities practice Skills:
