Benefits/Perks: » Includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays. » Participation in 403 (b) » Voluntary Benefits: Short Term Discapability, Life Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Pet Insurance » Discounted memberships: Plum Benefits » Pay for work-related eligible commuter expenses with pre-tax dollars Responsibilities Responsibilities: » Develops, coordinated, facilitates, and implements orientation programs and other educational programs. » Teaches the agency program curricula for Personal Care and/or Home Health Aide certi?cation approved by the New York State Department of Health. » Designs and implements mandatory class models for HHAs, PCAs and Nursing sta?. » Provides theory and practical instruction to the students. » Prepares testing materials to evaluate students' performance. » Supervise PCAs/HHAs performed expertise on the job. » Set-up and maintains accurate student records. » Evaluates employee performance in relationship to all established standards, as well as the employee's professional development. » Performs in-service within the DOH guidelines. » Performs additional tasks designated by the Director of Clinical Services/Vice President to achieve success of agency course program. » Participates in Performance Improvement activities as required. » Participate in evaluating overall position performance, goal setting and achievement, and performance improvement plan. Qualifications Qualifications required » Current NYS Registered Nurse License » 3 years of RN Clinical practice suitable education » Bachelor's Degree income income Range: $104K - $108K Skills:
