Are you ready to change the world? Apply now! Job Summary The Associate Director/Lecturer will design and teach credited and non-credited leadership abilities classes and workshops. The incumbent will be assigned leadership abilities related projects and carry out the vision and goals of the Archer Center. Minimum Qualifications » Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education or related field » Five (5) years professional practice designing and facilitating interactive leadership abilities workshops » Teaching/lecturing practice candidates must meet stated minimum education and practice requirements. Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities » Familiarity with current leadership abilities practices and theories » Demonstrated oral and written communication expertise » Planning, organizing and effective time management expertise » capability to analyze and interpret financial and other data » Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise » capability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives » capability to anticipate and solve problems Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $68,000 - $74,000 + full benefits Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
