Job Summary The Artist Services Coordinator is responsible for all operational and logistical aspects connected with non-production visit preparation, including travel arrangements, and on-campus stay of EMPAC curated artists-in-residence, performing artists, collaborators, lecturers, and other guests of the program. For these visitors, the coordinator is the point person for all general, non-program and non-production needs, requirements, and services from EMPAC. The coordinator collaborates and coordinates very closely with the curatorial, administrative, and Front-of-House teams, communicates directly with the visitors on all related matters, and organizes and disseminates information on plans and changes to the respective EMPAC staff. Minimum Qualifications » HS diploma/GED » Minimum 2 years operations, administrative and/or customer service practice » A significant combination of education, training and practice may be substituted for practice » Valid US Driver's License Preferred Qualifications » practice within the travel industry, event planning, arts management and agreements, and/or hotel hospitality.
