Join Our Team!adjunct managerEthan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking an energetic and motivated adjunct Flagging manager to join our team! The adjunct Flagging manager will assist with managing a large multi-county client. The adjunct Flagging manager will supervise between 75 and 100 employees working on either side of the Hudson River. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, pay is $24 per hour and mileage is reimbursed as the adjunct Flagging manager will be required to utilize their own vehicle.adjunct Flagging manager Responsibilities: » Serving as a point of contact for between 75 and 100 employees in the event of same day call outs » Deploying readily available employees to cover same day call outs » Working in the field if there is no staff available to replace an employee who called out » Circulating between working crews to confirm that the employees are compliant, safe and prepared with proper PPE » Completing appropriate paperwork and submitting it weekly » Counseling employees on site as needed » Maintaining an inventory of equipment in their vehicle to dispense to employees as needed » Immediately reporting any issues with attendance, behavior, compliance, preparedness or any other issues that may come from Employees/Customer managers » Conduct Certification classes » Other tasks as assigned by Management General Requirements: » Reliable vehicle » Driver’s License » Minimum 3 years recent management practice » capability to work independently and in groups » Strong Communication expertise » Basic computer expertise » capability to work outdoors in all weather » Must take direction well » Open availcapability between the hours of 5:00am and 5:30pm Monday-Friday. » capability to work weekends in the rare instance it is necessary Apply now for immediate consideration!
