The Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming and running multiple CNC machining centers, as well as executing production and maintenance work orders. The ideal CNC Machinist / Production Technician candidate will have the following expertiseet/practice: » Minimum of 2 years CNC practice » High school or technical school graduate, or CNC Technical certification » practice with CAD/Cam would be a plus » capability to work on Excel and Outlook programs » Have the capability to operate metal cutting, grinding, forming, milling, punching, and welding equipment as well as powered material handling equipment The Machinist / Production Tech will have the following responsibilities: » Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product specification » Read and follow mechanical part and assembly drawings, BOMs, production routings and standard work orders » Safely operate and maintain production metalworking tools, machines, and equipment for the purpose of fulfilling production work orders » Help maintain factory cleanliness according to general company guidelines » Setting up, programming, troubleshooting and running multiple state of the art CNC machining centers, as well as executing production and maintenance work orders Applications are considered on the basis of expertise, practice and qualifications without regard to race, age, creed, color, nationality, gender, sexual preference, marital status, military background, discapability or any other legally protected status.
