Administrative adjunctJOB DESCRIPTIONAs an Administrative adjunct for Foster Care, you will be responsible for administrative support to ensure the efficient everyday operation of the foster care office. You will be a contact for both internal and external collaterals, clients, parents and foster parents. You will report to the Program Coordinator/adjunct Director and work onsite with occasional travel for meetings or events.Responsibilities: » Answer phone calls, manage emails and correspondence while providing excellent customer service and relaying messages » Help maintain electronic client and foster parent files assure accurate filing of confidential material for open and closed records » Use EVOLV to input referral and admission information » Help with intake paperwork and other documentation needed for client admissions and transitions » Help with billing processes, basic accounting tasks » Help monitor documentation accuracy and completeness for audits and reviews » Help schedule appointments and meetings » Order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance of office equipment » Create and edit documents » Take meeting minutes » Collaborate with other administrative staff to address requests and queries » Fax, copy, and scan documents Requirements and suitable education » High school diploma or equivalent required » 1+ years of practice in office management, practice developing internal processes and filing systems, and comfort handling confidential information required » 1+ years of practice in Microsoft Office Suite and other significant software applications required » A valid NYS driver's license required Benefits » Health care package: medical, dental, and vision » Tuition reimbursement » Paid time off » Holiday Pay » 401 (K) plan » Life Insurance » Loan repayment assistance » Free training/CEU opportunities About Northern RiversAt Northern Rivers Family of Services, we work together to make a difference in our client's lives.
