What We’re Looking For: » At least 2 years of Quality Control Lead practice , preferably in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or beverage labs. » Proven leadership abilities abilities, including practice delegating tasks and guiding teams. » Strong computer expertise, attention to detail, and precision in handling tasks. What You’ll Do: » supervise and maintain quality systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP and food safety standards. » Perform detailed inspections, tests, and analyses (e.g., brix, pH, fill heights). » Document findings, address quality issues, and recommend process improvements. » Collaborate with teams to enhance product quality and maintain operational efficiency. » Enforce and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
