Great Opportunity for Professional GrowthSOCIAL WORKERCome join our growing team of dedicated Healthcare professionals!Hometown Health Centers, a federally qualified community health center, is seeking applications for the position of Social Worker at our Schenectady and Amsterdam locations. At Hometown Health, social workers treat patients of our Primary Care practice to help improve overall well-being and adjust to challenges within their lives. Social workers provide diagnosis and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. In addition, social workers may assist patients in the building having a mental health crisis and develop a plan for their safety. The opportunity to provide counseling in our school-located health centers is also available. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth. Supervision toward an LCSW or LCSW-R is available. Our positions offer a competitive income, flexible hours, generous time off, and paid holidays. Clinical positions are eligible for paid continuing education training and full student loan repayment through a national program only available in settings like ours.
