Job employment Type: Temp to Perm or Direct Hire
income: $24/HR - $31/HR (depending on practice)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a crucial function in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and more. this function is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of practice in HR who is looking to grow their expertise in a supportive and impactful setting.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
   »Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
   »Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by covering employee concerns and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.
   »Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Provide support during performance reviews and help identify areas for employee growth.
   »Benefits Administration: supervise the administration of employee benefits, ensuring that staff are informed about their options and that benefits are managed effectively.
   »Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
   »Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
   »Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development opportunities for staff.
HR Generalist Qualifications required
   » 1-2 years of practice in a Human Resources function.
   » practice with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a plus.
   » Nonprofit practice is a plus.
   » Strong communication and interpersonal expertise.
   » capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
   » Detail-oriented and highly organized.
