Areas of practice include civil rights, employment law, education law and municipal litigation before federal and state courts. candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and have a minimum of three (3) years of significant or translatable legal practice. Strong research and writing expertise, as well as significant connections to the region are also important. practice conducting depositions and admission to federal court(s) are a plus.
