Payroll/Accounting ClerkPayroll/Accounting ClerkJob Type Full time: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, non-exempt position Pay Rate: starting at $40,000 depending on practice Qualifications Minimum requirement – High School Diploma or equivalent. Payroll practice a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Attention to detail is a must. Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) » Managing the bi-weekly payroll process through CheckWise Payroll by monitoring time clock punches and time off requests. » Verifying timesheets, calculating necessary deductions, and updating employee information inthe payroll system. » Entering I9 information and maintaining binder. » Preparing and entering the Payroll Journal entry into Quickbooks.
