Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Perform basic math calculations to assist with retail math tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven practice in customer service or retail environment is preferred. Strong communication expertise, both verbal and written. capability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling tasks effectively. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Basic math expertise for retail calculations are essential. capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and availability to lgain new expertise. Previous practice in supervising staff is advantageous but not required.
