In this function, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive and patient-centered environment. Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications required » Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York. » Minimum of 6 months of practice working in a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or assisted living. » Physical and PPD completed within 30 days prior to starting the position. » Strong clinical expertise and attention to detail. » Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise. » capability to work effectively as part of a team.
