Office Administrator Responsibilities: » Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. » Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence. » Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. » Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis. » Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. » Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
