Medical adjunct - UrinanalysisOur client is seeking a full time Certified Medical adjunct for their medical office in Poughkeepsie. You will be working in an office that focuses on urology.Schedule: 8:30am-5pm; 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $22 per hour Who you are: You are a caring individual with a passion to care for others. Medical adjunctGeneral Requirements: » At least 1-2 years of solid Medical adjunct work practice » Needs 1 year of urinalysis practice » Must be a self starter and comfortable in a fast paced setting » EMR expertise Essential Medical adjuncttasks: » Provides basic nursing care and assistance to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact following established standards and practices. » Uses the nursing process under RN and/or physician supervision. » Participates in patient teaching; assists physician/CNM/NP with clinical procedures and clerical tasks.
