Litigation Paralegal Qualifications required » Minimum 3-5 years of litigation practice required. » Strong expertise of case management and legal document preparation. » Detail-oriented with excellent organizational expertise. Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: » Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate progression. » Prepare a variety of pleadings, including but not limited to: » Complaints » Motions » Interrogatories » Requests for production of documents » Notices of depositions » Briefs and legal memoranda » supervise and organize discovery processes. » Draft and review legal correspondence related to case proceedings.
