Clinician, Intensive Aftercare avoidanceJOB DESCRIPTIONClinician/Social Worker - Positive Youth ProgressionLicensed Social Workers are eligible for a $7,500 signing bonus! Opportunity for limited remote work to complete required documentation Northern Rivers is seeking a Clinician for our Positive Youth Progression program (PYP) in Greene County, NY. PYP provides six to nine months of home and community-located avoidance services to youth who are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement.The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled youth and avoid the juvenile justice system. What a Clinician with the PYP program can expect: » As part of a clinical team, this job offer will identify and discuss the strengths, risk factors, and service needs that may impact the health and safety of the client/family, as well as develop treatment goals and methods. » The majority of client contact is face to face using COVID-19 protocols, with remote sessions as needed » Paperwork, case management, phone calls, meetings can be done remotely. » We anticipate that some mandatory work matters will require presence in the office. Your practice and Qualification: » Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or equivalent from agraduate school program » 0 - 2 years post masters practice » practice providing services to teens ages 10-18 with emotional or behavioral needs QualificationsSkills:
