This temp-to-perm function is ideal for someone with strong collections practice, preferably with exposure to the legal field . Collections Clerk Qualifications » Previous collections practice required » practice in the legal field is a plus » Strong attention to detail and organizational expertise » Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred » capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently » Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Collections Clerk Responsibilities » Assist with billing and accounts receivable processes » Manage and track outstanding receivables (30, 60, 90 days) » Monitor and reconcile unbilled and billable hours » Track and maintain records of client retainers » Review and verify outstanding process server statements » Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payments If you have practice in collections and accounts receivable and are looking for a long-term opportunity , apply today!
