Key Responsibilities:
Advise the Mayor and Council on municipal management

Requirements:
University degree in Business, Public Administration, or relevant discipline
Minimum five years municipal government or equivalent private-sector experience
Strong knowledge of municipal legislation, policy, and regulatory frameworks
Municipal financial, human resources, and administration experience
Excellent leadership, analytical, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
