Front Counter Sales Representative
Part-time Permanent Position, 8-32 hours/week

Responsibilities
Help customers find the right tires and services based on their needs
Prepare quotes, explain options clearly, and complete transactions
Answer calls, book appointments, and keep customer records up to date
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
Work closely with the shop team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Resolve customer concerns in a practical and professional way
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach
Comfortable recommending products and closing sales
Interest in the automotive industry (experience is an asset, not required)
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to following safety processes
