JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of the position (Many open positons)
As a Security Service Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager. Your main tasks will be to manage the security checkpoints as well as your work team, and ensure that passenger screening is conducted in conformity with the client's standard operating procedures.

Primary Accountabilities

• Management of screening operations at the airport
• Ensure the planning, organization, and follow-up of the work team
• Inspect the premises and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Complete various reports and monitor employee time sheets
• Manage disciplinary measures and apply certain corrective measures
• Maintain timely communication with our client
• Resolve passenger complaints
• Ensure adequate agent coverage according to operational needs
• Manage the execution of the everyday schedule
• Manage operational irregularities
• Coordinate the implementation of emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Three (3) to five (5) years of management practice, ideally within a unionized context
• practice with regards to executeance and quality control
• Good expertise of the management of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Business Management degree is an asset
• Bilingual (English/ French)
• Available to work variable shifts and odd hours, on statutory holidays and on weekends
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• A valid Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is an asset
• Good expertise of logistics and project management is an asset
