Office Manager

Our client near Loch Sheldrake is seeking a Office Manager to add their team. This is a dual function with with HR and management tasks.

This is a full time, temp-to-hire position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Pay rate is $30 per hour.
What you’ll do as the Office Manager:
   » Maintaining the organization of the office through filing, record management, and billing.
   » HR responsibilities - timesheets, short-term leaves, coverage, and evaluations
   » Coordinate/supervise Registration Day for fall and spring and work on enrollment issues with the Registrar
   » supervise new student fall and spring registration
   » Hold team meetings & one-on-one meetings with staff
   » everyday use of Excel and maintaining various spreadsheets
   » Process Accounts Payable and Receivables
   » Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Here’s what else will make a prosperous Office Manager:
   » 3-5 years of managerial/bookkeeping practice
   » Proficiency with QuickBooks – you will use it to manage payroll, AP/AR functions, post invoices, etc.
   » Excellent customer service expertise
