Our client is seeking a candidate that will have a positive attitude and will work hard to provide the highest level of customer service. this job offer is temp-to-hire and has opportunities for advancement!The prosperous candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the client and the customers and helping new customers with questions about services, their accounts and general inquiries. The Customer Service Representative will have practice with: » Entering accurate data for billing information » Maintaining client relationships » Investigating and resolving customer questions and concerns efficiently and compassionately » Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and collections The Customer Service Representative must be: » Friendly, empathetic, patient » Computer literate » Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time » Proficient with data-entry and Microsoft Office Schedule: This is a full-time position: 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
