Residential Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) General Requirements: » Qualified candidates will have 6+ months of appropriate work practice » NYS LPN License » Current CPR Certification » Medical malpractice insurance Residential Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) tasks and Responsibilities: » Screen all patients who are requesting services, either in person or via phone » Document patient condition and progress » Administer and monitor all medications prescribed by physicians » Arrange for emergency care if needed Shifts/Schedule: Part time or full time, 3pm-11pm shift.
