This job is demanding and requires the right person to be excellent in many areas. You must be great both on the phone and in person when speaking to people; you must be a caring and compassionate animal person; you must have lots of energy and be an excellent multitasker as this job offer will absolutely pull you in many directions - all at the same time! Our staff is small which means you cannot hide. You will have to get along with everyone you work with.In a nutshell, you will be answering the phone, greeting clients (and their pets), entering them into the computer, scheduling appointments on the computer, checking people out, cleaning up the occasional accident, etc. - - - - - AGAIN, sometimes all at ONCE! Since this is a part time job, the schedule is as follows: Monday and Thursday from 4:30PM until about 7:30PM, and Saturdays from 8:30AM until about 12:30PM. There is a slight chance that these hours may be shared - In other words, 2 people could possibly share the everyday hours and even do every other Saturday. That will depend on the respondents.
