We are pursuing an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Credit Union’s information and operating systems, hardware and software, and training and support functions of the Information Technology department.As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing server-located and cloud-located platforms, networks, phones, pc/laptops, and peripherals, as well as directing and superviseing the everyday work of the IT Administrator. *This is an ON-SITE/ IN-OFFICE position, located in our Commerce St. branch in Poughkeepsie, NY. What You’ll Do as the IT Infrastructure Manager (Responsibilities): » Manage and direct the everyday work of the IT Administrator » Manage day-to-day IT operations, including superviseing help desk support » Manage and support all Credit Union cloud-located platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure » Manage server-located services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, etc. » Manage the Credit Union's networks, wireless, servers, phones, pc/laptops, and peripherals, including planning, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software issues » Monitor and maintain the security profile of the networks and systems and respond to security incidents » Perform installation of servers, PC, and application releases, patches, updates, and new products » Provide direction and planning for IT infrastructure, including planning, budgeting, vendor search, and analysis » Provide backup support for Core Services Team and weekend on-call tasks as necessary Pay: $68,000 - $78,000, located on practice ?
