Claims Handler / Office Administrator - RemoteClaims Handler / Office AdministratorThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property claims from date of loss through settlement. Attention to detail is a must along with a problem-solving attitude. This is a remote position.Responsibilities · Accurate data entry into company specific databases and spreadsheets · Read and analyze work orders, invoices, P&L Statements, inventory ledgers, proposals and other loss specific documents. · Read and understand lease agreements · Communicate directly with client and insurance company’s representatives to facilitate accurate and timely settlement of claims. · Maintain a high level of professionalism and company values at all times. · Work extended hours when needed. Qualifications · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) · Excellent written and verbal communication expertise · capability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work · capability to travel is a Plus. · Back office insurance practice a plus *401K, paid vacations, paid sick time, paid personal time, health insurance option & bonus opportunity Skills:
