Apply now! Job Summary The Operations Specialist supports and executes data entry for the Institute Advancement constituent data system. The operations specialist works with a team to maintain the integrity of entity records. Minimum Qualifications suitable education HS Diploma or GED practice: 3 years of related work practice o significant combinations of education, training and practice may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication expertise and capability to work with a diverse population • expertise of computers, accounting practices, and data entry • Demonstrated capability to work effectively under the pressure of a high volume operation • Demonstrated planning, organizing and effective time management expertise to meet established deadlines • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office • capability to compose routine correspondence and reports • Strong attention to detail • capability to anticipate and solve problems Preferred expertise, Skill, and Abilities • Proficiency with online computer systems and applications including but not limited to Advance • Working expertise of online cash management systems such as CashPro Shift Business Hours: Monday - Friday TravelNo travel Driving No Driving Starting income/Rate Expected hiring range: $19.00 - $21.65 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials.
