Submittal Coordinator Position at Mechanical Contracting CompanySubmittal CoordinatorSUBMITTAL COORDINATOR POSITION AVAILABLEFull Time or Part Time options available Potential for advancement within the company Office Hours : Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Location : Pleasant Valley QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS - High School Diploma or GED - Excellent written and verbal communication expertise - Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - capability to multi-task, time manage, organize and have close attention to detail - Self-motivated with the availability to learn - Be a team player and work well with others - practice in an office setting a plus - practice in the construction industry is valuable but not required - Interest and/or expertise in the HVAC and plumbing industry is valuable but not required JOB DESCRIPTION - Gather construction specification data and organize into cohesive submittal documentation - Provide submittal documentation to various agencies in a timely manner - Organize project closeout documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals and warranties - Assist and coordinate with Project Management team to provide deliverables in a timely manner - Communicate with various outside agencies to determine requirements for submittal documentation - Coordinate with field staff and foremen to properly provide as-built documentation - Help office staff and Project Management team with other tasks as needed Skills:
