Juvenile Justice and avoidance Contracts manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Juvenile Justice and avoidance Contracts manager, you will assist with all facets of contract management for the avoidance and Juvenile Justice Contracts. This includes hiring, training, and supervising an administrative adjunct to provide supplemental support to these programs. You will also supervise the implementation of the Work-located Learning component of the Juvenile Justice programs, which includes ensuring that all documentation related to stipends is accurate and verified, and that all contract requirements in the avoidance program are fulfilled. You will report to the Program Director and this is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
   » Assist Program Director in all facets of Juvenile Justice and avoidance contract management.
   » Hire, train and supervise administrative staff as assigned.
   » Be expertiseable about County, State, and Federal requirements related to service provision, and complete auditing function to ensure compliance.
   » Coordinate the administrative functions of intake for service, including maintaining client rosters, notifying the appropriate oversight body of changes, and enrolling the client in the agency's electronic health record.
   » Provide coordination of the Work-located Learning component of the programs, including weekly review and verification of all Work-located Learning forms, submission of Check Authorization Requests to the Finance Department, reviewing documentation for accuracy as well as client and witness signatures when stipends are issued.
   » Interface with program managers and managers to identify and solve any issues related to functions of intake, service authorization, and billing.
   » Run reports and audits in the electronic health record to support service management in critical areas of authorization and billing.
   » Provide office management tasks, including ordering of supplies, monitoring of all staff schedules, providing support and guidance directly to staff regarding documentation, filing, scanning, and faxing documentation, and other tasks as assigned.
   » Provide oversight and direction to the Administrative adjunct that supports off-site office locations, including providing guidance related to any community safety issues, building maintenance, and other office management tasks
Requirements and suitable education
   » An Associates Degree.
   » At least five years of significant practice.
   » Proficient in Microsoft applications, data entry expertise, and other software as assigned
