Program: Family Support Hours: 20-35 hours per week, hours vary, flexible scheduling Location: Yorkton SK and area, Fort QuAppelle and Area Start Date: November 16th, 2026SIGN Family Support seeks an independent, supportive, creative, resourceful and compassionate individual to support families within Yorkton and Fort QuAppelle and rural surrounding areas as directed by the Family Support Manager. The successful individual will collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care and support in consultation with individuals and their families, while maintaining the rights and dignity of individuals.
