Previous experience in food service is an asset. Job Duties: • Take customers' orders • Serve customers at counters • Receive payment for food items purchased • Use equipment to prepare hot beverages such as coffee and tea specialties • Use food prep equipment to prepare fast food items such as sandwiches, fries, salads, smoothies, and other beverages • Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food • Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances • Stock refrigerators and keep records of the quantities of food used • Perform cleaning duties as needed: sweeping, moping, changing and cleaning garbage cans, cleaning tables.
