Job Description
1. Team Training and Supervision: Train and orientate new team members, providing feedback and guidance. Supervise team to ensure completion of primary and secondary duties.

2. Policy Adherence: Monitor and enforce store policies, including cash handling, meal breaks, and food safety.

3. Documentation: Complete shift documentation, such as recording waste, accurately and promptly.

4. Sales Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during shifts.

5. Compliance and Safety: Follow and enforce company standards and report safety concerns to management.

6. Customer Service: Respond to guest complaints promptly, resolving issues and escalating problems to store management when necessary.
