Lean Production System Manager:Maple Leaf Foods Inc.Job description:Lead Lean Production System advancement at Maple Leaf Foods, using continuous improvement expertise and operational performance analysis across the plant.
The Continuous Improvement Manager coordinates LPS maturity across all pillars and aligns initiatives with corporate strategies and operational goals. This manufacturing leader develops roadmaps, monitors targets, and supports sustained operational excellence. The role also advances quality, efficiency, safety, and waste reduction through structured improvement work. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate LPS phase progression across the plant Conduct pillar health checks and identify improvement opportunities Monitor and report site LPS progress and challenges Lead initiatives reducing quality issues and improving performance Coach leadership teams and develop internal trainers Requirements: Minimum five years manufacturing experience Hands-on knowledge of LPS frameworks and pillar systems Experience leading continuous improvement and waste reduction Ability to analyze metrics and implement corrective actions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lean management tools Apply manufacturing leadership, LPS expertise, and performance analysis to strengthen operational maturity throughout Maple Leaf Foods.
