Job Description
• Provide ongoing care and support to senior clients to assit with daily living activities;

• Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken according to prescribed schedules;

• Monitor clients' overall health and well-being, observe and report any physical or behavioral changes to family members;

• Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary require­ments and health conditions;

• Support mobility and ensure a safe living environment, including implementing fall-prevention and safety measures;

• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities as required;

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and social well-being;

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment;

• Launder clothing and household linens;

• Shop for groceries and household supplies necessary for daily living.
