What is expected of you? As a Restaurant Assistant Manager

Evaluate daily operations.

Monitor revenues to determine labor cost.

Plan and organize daily operations

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Conduct performance reviews.

Organize and maintain inventory.
