O/A McDonalds Job details Location 522 Algonquin Blvd E , Timmins, ON P4N 1B7 Work location - On site Salary CAD $24.25 hourly / 30 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies 2 Overview Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Supervision 5-10 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Repetitive tasks Attention to detail Personal suitability: Accurate Flexibility Organized Team player Who can apply for this job?
