The Specialist supports strategy through development and execution of provincial operational and business plans. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the provincial portfolio and across the organization to support operations and promote their strategy. The Specialist works closely with provincial system leaders, physicians, educational institutions and community partners. The Specialist is responsible for delivering the Ministry of Health's and SHA's priorities into key actions throughout the province and all SHA portfolios.
