Job Description:

Communicate and consult with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide after-hours support with various operational issues.

Inbound/Outbound calls to manage inquiries, provide resolutions via escalations to Branch.

Confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field via various alerts.

Prompt and accurate data entry for applications such as IMMIX, Outlook and WFM while managing Remote Guarding alarms and security guard scheduling transactions.

Acquiring a strong understanding of the Department’s National process to educate Guards, Managers and efficiently actions various requests.

Monitoring CCTV system in IMMIX for unwanted activity and filling out reports for any suspicious activity in a timely fashion.

Completing daily briefing, as well as, writing and being able to understand incident reports.

Job Requirements:

Frequent sitting, and computer use, which may be required for extended periods of time,

Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Individuals with call centre and/or Security experience is preferred along with customer service skills.

A decent aptitude with computers is an asset.
