Early Childhood Educator (E.C.E.):Community Living Tillsonburg/Tillsonburg Childrens CentreDescription de l'offre:Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment - Outdoors - Air conditioned Tasks - Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers - Storytelling - Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children - Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest - Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records - Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts - Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods - Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors - Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings - Knowledge of licensing regulations - Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children - Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children Requirements Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma Experience: No experience (will train) Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses - Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) - First Aid Certificate - CPR Certificate Security and safety - Criminal record check - Immunization records - Vulnerable sector check Personal suitability - Punctuality - Dependability - Excellent written communication - Flexibility - Values and ethics Who can apply - a Canadian citizen - a permanent resident of Canada - a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Benefits Financial benefits - As per collective agreement Other benefits - Other benefits Profil / Compétences:
