Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Building Systems Technician certificate Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Power Engineering License pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act Other Education and Training Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by the job as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Act Pool Operator certificate, where required 5th Class Engineering certificate, as required by the Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job Competencies Interpersonal skills Communication skills Organizational skills Intermediate - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Knowledge of tools and equipment Profil / Compétences:
