Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Greenhouse cleaning. Tie and secure plants. Mix and prepare soils. Plant bulbs and seeds. Pot and re-pot plants. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Report signs of insect or disease damage. Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean work area. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees .
