The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.Human Resources Exemption: NoExperience- Experience in Health Care Management- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour lawEducation- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)- Human Resources diplomaLicenses- Valid Class 5 driver's licenseOther Education and Training- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceCompetencies- Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation- Advanced - Communication skills- Critical thinking skills- Analytical skills- Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.
